Aping my soul
You stole my overture
Trapped in god's program
Oh I can't escape
Who are we?
Where are we?
When are we?
Who are we?
Who are we?
Where are we?
Why Why Why?

I can't forgive you
And I can't forget
Who are we?
Where are we?
When are we?
Who are we in here?

I completely agree with you Stock! Some reviews say these symphonies are self indulgent - I view it quite the opposite! While listening to these last three songs on the Resistance album I felt that I was going back in time experiencing a great composition of music but with a futuristic feel. I totally dig this kind of stuff and it's hard to find people who feel the same way, and can relate to it as I do. ;) Luv it!

I agree with the forbidden theme. It seems like the first part especially is a ballet about a love that he never intended to fall for so in a way he cant forgive her for worming into his heart and consequently completely changing his perception on things. So he cant leave things be thus he cant forget.

When i first heard it, it sounded like two people risking a pure unadulterated love, then in the second it was pure happiness and trust, and in the third part; i thought it was a memory that was not overlooked and that they were remembering it with a loving embrace and the leaving of the soul in departure of the greater unknown. Not the end of the world.

While listening to the song, i can interpret that it's about the ending of something that you have had for a while. You know that it was going to happen, but you never knew when. Now, you are questioning if you ever really exsisted.
