God save us everyone
Will we burn
Inside the fires of a thousand suns

For the sins of hand
Sins of our tongue
Sins of our father
Sins of our young

God save us everyone

Will we burn
Inside the fires of a thousand suns

For the sins of hand
Sins of our tongue
Sins of our father
Sins of our young

I'm pretty sure it refers to the fear of a nuclear war, which is basically the whole theme of the album. The radiance that follows right after this song, which is a quote from julius robert oppenheimer the 'father of the atomic bomb', pretty much confirms it.

All i can possibly think is to ask god: "god please save us from ourselves humankind was saved just in order to go on and destroy it self it's inevitable to assume that we can't possibly be saved

I've heard some people say that this song refers to an impending nuclear warfare that will completely erase life from the face of the earth.

I've also heard that this song speaks about the sins of man, which are forgiven only by the father, and if we aren't forgiven of them, "will we burn inside the fires of a thousand suns," or hell?

    Possible double meaning?

Is there anything we can do, so we will not burn, only pray with all soul, or . . . ? Its destiny? Nooo
be aware my dear human being if this is the end of the endlesness, be aware and go to hell where you will see the heaven
