I think she's trying to explain how the accident is the end of her road for love, but it doesn't have to be unless her mind is made up. As if she's confused on what to do, because either way would be a dead end and be a waste of time, but still is unsure. The video and lyrics paint a picture to what Adele is trying to explain.

Mm yes, and poplockdrop by your username I can tell you are one of the many rap junkies, but no offense all rap is guys singing about how girls get naked and how they are sexually attracted to them. No offense but doesn't have much feeling and realness. Pathetic, really.
