In this line (along with most of the rest) he is stating that he wishes he could be there to support this person through anything and everything that they go through but he is aware that he is unable to. Not that he's happy about it.

This line is simple. He is blaming this person/ these people for this girl's death because of how she was treated by said humans. The meaning of this song is pretty straight forward one of the many reasons I love it.

This one is fairly simple. However you have to read the previous line. He's basically saying that he doesn't care what they say he will find you when everything else is gone and forgotten (when the sun goes black) When nothing else matters he will find you.
