Three Days Grace – Never Too Late lyrics
This world will never be
What I expected
And if
I don't belong
Who would've guessed it
I will not leave alone
Everything that I own
To make you feel like
It's not too late
It's never too late

Even if
I say
"It'll be alright"
Still I hear you say
You want to end your life
Now and again
we try to
Just stay alive
Maybe we'll turn it all around
'Cause it's not too late
It's never too late

No one will
ever see
This side reflected
And if there's something wrong

Who would've guessed it?
And I have left alone
Everything that I own
To make you feel like
It's not too late
It's never too late

Even if I say
"It'll be alright"
Still I hear you say
You want to end your life
Now and again we try to
Just stay Alive
Maybe we'll turn it all around
'Cause it's not too late
It is never too late

The world we knew
Won't come back
The time we've lost
Can't get back
The life we had won't be
Ours
again

This world will never be
What I expected
And if I don't belong

Even if I say
"It'll be alright"
Still I hear you say
You want to end your life
Now and again we try
To just stay alive
Maybe we'll turn it all around
'Cause it's not too late
It's never too late
Maybe we'll turn it all around
'Cause it's not too late
It's never too late (It's never too late)
It's not too late
It's never too late

First off, this song has saved my life more then once.
My belief is that this song reflects that life is not fair. No matter what anyone does, s*t does happen without notice. Sometimes it happens so fast, we don't know what to do. It can hurt so bad that we would risk our own lives to try and fix it. Also, the song shows us that we can't go back in time to correct our mistakes or prevent the future. You have to accept the pain and in time things will get better. Don't push your friends aside when the ask you if everything is right, chances are they care and don't like to see you hurt. A few key words can go a long way, I know.

First off: missmindfreak2010, nocemisions: I feel so glad that there are other people like me in that regard. Freshman year was so hard for me too. And this song- well, it reaaally helped.
Anyways. I feel like the song tells us that the world is a hard place to be in. It's filled with really horrible events, and sometimes we just don't feel like we belong. It's during these times when you just want to end it all and stop feeling the pain. But we can't go back, we can't fix things. We have to accept how life is. And when we have trouble doing that, there are people who will be there for us and help us through it. We might want to kill ourselves, but it's never too late to look at things through a better viewpoint.

This song means a lot to me. Its about his little sister and how much he loved her and tried to stop her from hurting herself but she always wanted to give up. She didn't want to live anymore. So then she went to a mental institution because she couldn't control herself. It kinda remindes me of my brother and I. I always wanted to give up on life. My brother helped me out. He never gave up on me.

Forenote about myself: Freshman year was the hardest year in my and my best friends lives. We were both going through very dark times in our life. And this song saved us.
Still, its about a person watching a loved one deteriorate. They are going through something so painful that they believe that death is the only answer.
So this person tries to make their loved one believe that no matter what happesns, things will always be okay. There's nothing so wrong that can happen that death is the only answer. You may think that it might be, but remember death is permanent, you can't undo it. That is the final answer. Is the pain really worth giving up your life?

    Well Butterflyz666,.
If you could understand what happened in my freshman year, than maybe you'd be a little more understanding. And I'm sure your life is just peachy! But being able to hear about my life situations through a song really did change my perspective. You may think all you want, but it doesn't change how this song affected me. So you really need to grow up and get a life. Just because you can't relate to something so strongly doesn't mean you should trash how other people express themselves.

No matter how bad something is or how bad it gets, you can still make it better, and it can always turn around. If you feel like suicide is the answer hold off and just try to survive. Nobody ever wants to die. He's trying to say just wait until it starts to get better. No matter what it is something ggo d always will come out of it in the end.

Specifically, its hard to tell who this song is about and I think that's the point. The video is only one interpretation of what this song could be about. It could really be about anyone who's gone through some traumatic experience, and feels like all hope is gone, but this is saying that it's not too late, you can always turn it around, you've just got to stay strong and not let your tragedy take over your life.

I like this song because my boyfriend and I had the same situation. So many people just screwed around with him in life that he was ready to give up. His brother and I convinced him to stop cutting himself. But all the time he says that it was me that helped him not give up. I told him that if he gave up, then I'd have no reason to live and I'd give up too. He promised that he'd brave heaven for me.

This song saved me, it got me through the worst of times when I thought about killing myself and no one was getting through to me, but once I heard this song and listened to its words, it got to me and made me realize that its never too late. Its been 3 months since I've cut myself, idk where I would be if I hadn't heard it. Thank you three days grace for saving me.

This is my favorite song =]
The video is a little different then the song, but if you're just talking about the song, I think it is about two friends, & one of them wants to die.
The other friend, is doing everything, giving up everything just to show that it isn't too late to turn everything around. Its not going to be the same anymore and we can't get back the time that we lost.
Guess I'm just trying to say, its never to late.
