Say you're sorry, that face of an angel
Comes out just when you need it to
As I paced back and forth all this time
Cause I honestly believed in you

Holding on, the days drag on
Stupid girl, I should have known
I should have known

I'm not a princess, this ain't a fairy tale
I'm not the one you'll sweep off her feet
Lead her up the stairwell

This ain't Hollywood, this is a small town
I was a dreamer before you went and let me down
Now it's too late for you and your white horse, to come around

Baby I was naive, got lost in your eyes
And never really had a chance
(My mistake, I didn't know to be in love
You had to fight to have the upper hand)
I had so many dreams about you and me
Happy endings, now I know

I'm not a princess, this ain't a fairy tale
I'm not the one you'll sweep off her feet
Lead her up the stairwell

This ain't Hollywood, this is a small town
I was a dreamer before you went and let me down
Now it's too late for you and your white horse, to come around

And there you are on your knees
Begging for forgiveness, begging for me
Just like I always wanted but I'm so sorry

Cause I'm not your princess, this ain't a fairytale
I'm gonna find someone someday who might actually treat me well
This is a big world, that was a small town
There in my rearview mirror disappearing now

And it's too late for you and your white horse
Now it's too late for you and your white horse, to catch me now

Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa
Try and catch me now
Oh, it's too late to catch me now

actually all of the songs of taylor swift are really great!..
she has good voice and winsome looks..
that's why she produces nothing but GOOD MUSIC:)

the song entitled "white horse" speaks about a broken love..
    broken because. . .
a girl has fallen inlove with the guy she thought her 'everything'
    yet in the end,
the word SORRY was the only thing given back to her..

the guy wanted to return after realizing that he also loved the girl
    but nothing awaits him anymore..

    in real life...
    chances are easily wasted
trust is hard to earn back and

    love..

just like a breeze, once it passes by..
    it will NEVER return.

this song is sad and no guys should ever treat gurls lik that. if you so see that happening to another gurl, slap the guy across their face. that ought to teach them a lesson. gurls stick together always. Gurls RULES!!!

this song means that even love isnt enough by itself. often we're asked what we look for most in a relationship... honesty or loyalty? guess loyalty is easy.. but not honesty. i'm so bummed with the song.. and i can feel the hurt expressed so vividly. taylor swift had been crying there..

She's saying "I loved you, but you cheated on me. When you asked for another chance, I couldn't trust you. You're too late."
