This song is about bending over backwards for that one person in your life. That person realizes this, then goes and abuses it. This person never seems to care and believes that everything has do go their way. As a result, you bottle up our feelings, alienate everyone around you, and never said anything. Sooner or later, the bottled up feelings couldn't be contained and he exploded onto everyone around. Now, afterwards, he has learned is lesson and is limiting himself so it doesn't happen again.
