Can't make my own decisions or make any with precision
Well, maybe you should tie me up so I don't go where you don't want me
You say that I've been changing, that I'm not just simply aging
Yeah, how could that be logical?
Just keep on cramming ideas down my throat

Wo-o-o-ho-oh

You don't have to believe me
But the way I, way I see it
Next time you point a finger
I might have to bend it back
Or break it, break it off
Next time you point a finger... I'll point you to the mirror

If God's the game that you're playing
Well, we must get more acquainted
Because it has to be so lonely... to be the only one who's holy
It's just my humble opinion, but it's one that I believe in
You don't deserve a point of view, if the only thing you see is you

Wo-o-o-ho-oh

You don't have to believe me
But the way I, way I see it
Next time you point a finger
I might have to bend it back
Or break it, break it off
Next time you point a finger... I'll point you to the mirror

This is the last second chance
(I'll point you to the mirror)
I'm half as good as it gets
(I'll point you to the mirror)
I'm on both sides of the fence
(I'll point you to the mirror)
Without a hint of regret... I'll hold you to it

I know you don't believe me
But the way I, way I see it
Next time you point a finger
I might have to bend it back
Or break it, break it off

Next time you point a finger... I'll point you to the mirror

I know you won't believe me
But the way I, way I see it
Next time you point a finger
I might have to bend it back
Or break it, break it off
Next time you point a finger... I'll point you to the mirror

To me its more of the way she views a person who is a Christian hypocrite. Many Christians criticize others about the wrong doings and sins they commit, but in reality, as a Christian myself, we have no right to judge others because if we do, WE MAKE OURSELVES GOD. Every person, christian or not, all sinned. God is the only Judge and not us.

So, we have two characters. One is Mr. Superiority, and the other is Hayley's character. Mr. Superiority treats Hayley's character like crap, pushing her away, but refusing to let her go - blaming her for everything but not wanting to be rid of her. Basically, he is the one holding on, being completely selfish, and taking advantage of her patience. And then you can see that she's realized what is going on, and that she's incredibly tired of the way he is acting. "This is the last second chance," is like the confession that she's put up with it for so long and she can't just let it go on anymore. She's saying that next time he starts blaming her she's going to say that really he should be blamed. And since he thinks that he is always right, he's "playing God."
It's the typical, "I'm getting out," scenario, but worded strongly and perfectly.

Have any of you seen the "Making the Playing God Video" video? I'm going to assume you haven't. Mostly because Hayley herself explains what this song means in this video. To (more or less indirectly) quote her, this is about people who are two-faced. Like, in the video, she has friends over and is all composed, and kind with them, but about a minute ago she was torturing the four men she's holding in her basement. That's the best quote: "I'm holding four men captive in my basement. Mwahaha". So basically it's about being a hypocrite and holier-than-thou.

@bingo just because it's in google doesn't mean it's true. And how are you so sure that they are part of the illuminati? Really? did they confirm it? Did they tell you themselves, they may, or may not be, but as long as they didn't confirm it, stop spreading that they are. You could be lying for all we know.

this song is definitely not pertaining to religious act. the relationship is only one side. we have the god playing character, who thinks he/she knows everything & the servant who don't have voice to express ! it stated that there is no give and take!
    that's it!
