OMgee! i love this song! The meaning to this song is that when you think about someone you feel them around you kinda like when the person you love died you can feel their ghost around you and you can't like breathe.

dudes, to each his or her own opinion. for a Christian, this could mean that God's omnipresence is manifesting; that she believes in Him and she gives up her whole self... following what Jesus said in Luke 9:23... They are, as individuals, Christians after all. for anyones else, this could mean anything they make it to be.. a love song... and emo song... a sentimental song... doesn't matter.

Bottom line is, only Flyleaf can say what the song is about; they wrote it. let's not get too heated up about

well i agree with KingBryant89. this song is NOWHERE being a christian rock band or this song being about God, so all of you people saying it is, shut up! its about her losing somebody. so Mannymydog and paramorefreak you dont know wat youre talking about. so just shut up! please! this is a metal band and its very amazing band so stop makeing Flyleaf look gay! im not into God and all that bxllshxt! so just drop it...please?

it is ABOUT our wonderful Lord this is christian rock how do u think i found out about it just because laycey screams doesnt mean its heavy metal she is singing about God all around her means that He is there to protect her
