It is about someone who has suffered for so long appreciates things more. Were it says 2 months in the cover crease it is about being stuck in bed hurt. Then when you finally start to feel better and step outside you will feal fully alive. It is deff not about drugs sorry.

And that those people that are worse they'll be happy and apreciate everything in life.
