[JAY-Z:]
Yeah, what you critics said would never happen.
We dedicate this album to anybody, people said couldn't make it.
To the fans that held us down till everybody came around.
Welcome.
It's here..
Last, summer we took threes across the board
But by far we were a cover story "Now in stores"
Make us poster boys for your scene
But we are not making an acceptance speech
and I have found the safest place to keep all our old mistakes
Every dot com's refreshing for a journal update
So long live the car-crash hearts
Cry on the couch all the poets come to life
Fix me in forty-five
So long live the car-crash hearts
Cry on the couch all the poets come to life
Fix me in forty-five
I can take your problems away
With a nod and a wave
of my hand cause that's just the kind of boy
That I am
The only thing I haven't done yet is die
And it's me and my plus one at the after life
Crowds are won and lost and won again
But our hearts beat
For the die hards
So long live the car-crash hearts
Cry on the couch all the poets come to life
Fix me in forty-five
So long live the car-crash hearts
Cry on the couch all the poets come to life
Fix me in forty-five
Long live the car-crash hearts
Long live the car-crash hearts
Long live the car-crash hearts
Cry on the couch all the poets come to life
Fix me in forty-five
I love this song, its gotta be one of their most meaningful for fans. It's deffinatly wrote for all us die hards.
"Crowds are won and lost and won again
But our hearts beat
for the die hards"
That says it all really.
oh oops, sorry about the mistake with this having the same lyrics as thriller, my apologizes :)
but i still believe on: The MJ thriller at its peak would be practically the best song ever and lasted on the US song rankings for 37 weeks. But now of course, many say the "thrill" is gone, that could be one reason why this fall out boy thriller version may have over shrouded MJ's thriller
Another one of these songs... another different version of MJ's songs, but i guess different versions make a difference, and btw cobalt: The MJ thriller at its peak would be practically the best song ever and lasted on the US song rankings for 37 weeks. But now of course, many say the "thrill" is gone, that could be one reason why this fall out boy thriller version may have over shrouded MJ's thriller
