The Weak Willed lyrics

I see this more as a anti-religious song simply stating that he will let wisdom not "fascist beliefs " control him. It brings this up several times trough out the song such as "I will not let my strength rotted out" " wise men can see the difference in compromise and laying down one's belief" you are simply picking one theme of the song and discarding the rest yes it does say " i will not let pride destroy me " but what is pride? i believe this song is refering to pride and religious as pride but its kinds foggy so im not sure (maybe pride in your belief in god? idk )

But regargless this SONG IS AWESOMENESS i love how the singer uses 3 different voices through out the song ( i loved the deep one the best) It doest matter what hes singing about because he could be yellin' " I LOVE CAKE" over and over and i would still listen to the song simply because the rest of the song is great i loved the heavy drum and guitar was spot on ALL HAIL ATR!!!

This song is about having humility but knowing how to stand up for your faith; for your beliefs. Pride is something that has been consuming our nation and this world and it literally destroys people. As a Christian, I am called to stand for what I believe in, but I am not to have pride containing to anything I can do in this world.
