I wrote this song thinking about being almost sexually assaulted by sherrifs in King County, after being wrongfully incarcerated in the county jail for 6 weeks and then sent to the mental state hospital, for a 72 hour observation then released after all charges were dropped! I was already a victim of the remnants from the cointelpro program, being followed by local and international (interpol) law enforcement as a member of the group Dredi, due to the political content of our songs! I was released from the mental state hospital with $60. 00 and not allowed to work in rascist Seattle, Washington until almost a year and a half ago b4 being fired by a sell out house nigglett pickanny, at a quasi luciferic establishment called "fantasy unlimited" on Westlake. I wrote this song to show people, how biased the system is against someone with a positive message in a hip hop song vs. A song filled with tales of drugs, murder and incarceration. The song touches on black/op, pay/op programs and false flag operations carried out daily in the you. S. A. And how the populace goes for the bannana in the tailpipe, not me. Uhuru! I'm showing people what. Heppens when you are somewhat positive and stand up for yourself here in North America!

I wrote this song pissed off at the Iraq War, certain provisions of the patriot act and the state of affairs, in the African-American Community I live in and in the other communities. Specifically I am adressing the need for young adults, and adults who joing gangs, sell drugs and commit acts of violence. They do this not to be thought of as cool for the most, but more so because they have to survive, withing the existing parameters of their immediate and respective communities. A lot of youth especially those who are not from North America, have a false perception of how hard (in their eyes easy) it is to sell drugs, etc. I have told people in the past being a 'criminal' isnt't easy, nor is being a drug dealer! Your life is always in danger, you never technically have a day off and just because you stop (officially) doing, whatever it is you were doing in the streets, stopping 'whatever' doesn't guarantee you safe passage, to roam or move about the country, or within their immediate community. Just because at some point you decide to leave the 'game', it doesn't mean people will immediately absolve you of previous acts of malfeasance/crimes for lack of a better word!

I wrote this song thinking of how gangster I am not! I mean when I was younger I was involved in some mischief time to time, growing up in South Central Los Angeles, sometimes more oft than not. Really, to be forthright I have to say violence is necessary sometimes especially to protect yourself, but preferrably I prefer to avoid it. This song is really about what physical harm can come to someone in the streets, if someone isn't careful to not offend someone, partly how I survived in maximum securtiy prison at Walla, in Washington State and everyday life on the streets from Los Angeles to New York, even back to Africa, where gangs there are formed to be able to survive daily, more so than in the urban communities located within the borders of North America.

I wrote this song while just getting an apartment as I was homeless and sleeping in my car for 3 yrs after being injured on my job, while completing my Bachelors degree from a private Jesuit University. I thought about how much my ancestors (immediate and otherwise) sacrificed, for African-Americans to have Civil and Human rights restored and punishments enforceable by law to be applied and applicable in life and a court of law. I personally am only 1 generation away from ex-slaves and those who lived during the times of Jim Crow as my families origins are in the Deep South and Midwest! People talk about the civil rights movement and slavery as if they are distant. Currently instead of strange fruit hanging from trees we now have legal lynching, and gvt sponsored terrorism (Islamophobia)! I will continue to use my voice so I and others like myself may be heard. I let the truth be told.
