Hillsong – Oceans Will Part lyrics

If my heart has grown cold
There Your love will unfold
As You open my eyes to the work of Your hand
When I'm blind to my way
There Your Spirit will pray
As You open my eyes to the work of Your hand
As You open my eyes to the work of Your hand

Oceans will part nations come
At the whisper of Your call
Hope will rise glory shown
In my life Your will be done

Present suffering may pass
Lord Your mercy will last
As You open my eyes to the work of Your hand
And my heart will find praise
I'll delight in Your way
As You open my eyes to the work of Your hand
As You open my eyes to the work of Your hand

Gods love for us is unconditional, even if sometimes people forget him, but he never forget us. He deserve the best praise, you have to thank him everyday of your life because what you have now comes from him. We should live our life for him, This song has inspired so many lives and took so many hearts to walk with God, I love you Father sorry for everything I've done that can never please you.

God's love reveals his majesty and how merciful he is with his people. When we sometimes are drawn away by this vain worl; god's love makes us become warm when our hearts are cold. When people do not realize they are wrong, god's holy spitrit direct us to his way. And then we realize that god is so much grater than us because of his woderful creation. At some time nations will become united at his call. Repentance will come and his glory will be manifested. One has to do god's will or not ours I'm order for us to live a life with him. All oru probles will pass awy if we praise him and feel free.

The first verse tells us that even in those times when we push god away, he is still there & still willing to forgive & take us in from the cold. His love is enduring & far beyond human comprehension.
The chorus speaks of god's power, his majesty!
It also reminds us of biblical miracles god has done for his people in centuries gone by. He is the same god today!
The last verse encourages us to know that when all is said & done, when all the joys & storms of life have come & gone; our father god will still be there.
And so having meditated on all these attributes of a creator & father who commits to loving us & journeying with us all our days we surrender to his perfect will.

Guys I agree with all of you. But can you captalize god, I think it may be disrespect to "downsize" god. Thank you and trust god in everthing you do. Idc if its what your going to eat our what your gonna do. Just ask him sometimes, he may have a specific thing he wants you to do. Also, my teacher(christian private school; fca; freedom christian academy) said its improper grammar to not captalize the first letter in anything that has to do with deity(god-wise).

By youth ptr jee ann bagsic bolina-(the soul_snatcher)-really God's goodness, mercy and grace overflows. He is faithful in everything, He chose and called us though we are not worthy to receive all of His great love, thru His love I was saved and used for His glory, I cannot fathom how much He loves me. This song reminds me of His ultimate action done on the cross. That all things are possible, it made me to love Him more than anything else in this world. Hallelujah.
