    Judging from the lyrics, it seems as if put under test to die for science. "Suffering feeding my pain" suggests that he is in great pain, and they are testing painful things as well. "My breath carries my legacy" basically suggests that when he dies, his work will go to helping mankind. "Nothing can stop the progress" suggests that he wants it to stop, but they won't let him. As for "Just only death [?] the plague" I couldn't really tell what he is saying in the [?], some places said it was "Just only death to begin the plague" but I couldn't tell what it was really saying so it is marked as a [?]. Either way the fact that it says 'plague' suggests that it is to end a deadly outbreak, and they are using him as a test dummy to find a cure.
