    I think the song is actually him talking about himself in third person, then in first person when he says "they could've saved me" he basically died emotionally, but not actually died. And after he found out and got over the pain, he killed her(by breaking up with her and all), if you get what I mean?

    I think it's about a bf who is being cheated on, and he kills himself, but then the gf, (who's cheat person is telling the story for most of the first person stuff) but, in the end, he finds out about it, and is just really pissed about it, so when she goes to do the same thing to him (knife in his back) he fights back (gun to her head).

    I think this is about a girl who possibly hurt someone before him and caused the other guy to commit suicide "if only he knew about the world... We could have saved him" then they could have saved the singer from his pane. He was obviously hurt over whatever this girl did to him and wants revenge. The girl notices hes mad at her and gets scared. Haha "your knife my back, my gun your head" great lyrics, and great song.

    I may be completely wrong, but I think this may be about abuse? It seems like someone was fighting to survive. Maybe it was this person's family member or something. I don't know. The reason I think it may be about abuse is because it talks about bloody knuckles, then later on goes on about knives and guns. Maybe this could've all been a bad dream for someone, or maybe this was something that happened to one of his close friends.
