Vicki Yohe – I Just Want You lyrics

I could have fortune and fame
Go anywhere do anything
But oh God I just want you
I could search for earthly things
To satisfy my every need
But oh God I just want you

I just want you
I just want you
I just want to live
In your presence everyday
I lay down my will
And every selfish desire
Whatever it takes
Father that's what I'll do
Cause I just want you

Standing in this holy place
I'm only here to seek your face
Oh God I just want you
Can you feel the passion?
In my heart
To be close to where you are
Oh God I just want you

This songs means to means that being closer to Jesus is better that being closer to anyone else. There's time I feel faraway from God and when I pray, I asked him to make me feel his presence, or to make me feel close to him. So I hear this song, I sing it to God it is the same thing as if I was talking to God. I love to be close to God, whne I am in God Holy Presence, I forgot about all my problems. Thanks to Jesus for he deserved to be praised.
