I lost my heart, my home is the ocean.
The waves underneath will soon be my home.
I will fall asleep (fall asleep).
I'll close my eyes and dream of days when I wasn't all alone.

All that I know is gone (take what is left of me now),
All that I know is gone (take what is left of me),
Fall deeper and deeper, the sirens are singing your songs
(The sirens are singing your songs).

I'll miss my breath, there's no more left,
I'll miss the sound of the wind at my back.
The depths have a number, they call you by name.
Fall asleep, Davy Jones calls you,
So fall asleep, fall asleep and dream.

All that I know is gone (take what is left of me now),
All that I know is gone (take what is left of me),
Fall deeper and deeper, the sirens are singing your songs
(Are singing your songs).

All that I know is gone (take what is left of me now),
All that I know is gone (take what is left of me),
Fall deeper and deeper, the sirens are singing your songs
(Are singing your songs).

Davey jones is an old school sailors myth. when a sailor drowns he goes down to davey jones locker. the part saying "i lost my heart" may be reffering to the davey jones from the pirates of the carribean movie. im not sure if the real myth states he lost his heart. either way its a beautifull song.

For all of those saying the 'sirens are singing your song' part is about police sirens, let me tell you the correct meaning. Sirens are mermaids who sing to sailors and put them into a trance. They convince sailors to come to shore and then the sirens kill them. Sirens are in the name of the band for crying out loud, you should know what they are.

Wow, umm... I hope no one jumps on me about this but my interpritation is that someone commited suicide. All their loved ones are passing and/or distanced theirselves from this person almost all at once; and now they feel a strong urge to end it. The sirens being their thoughts , memories, etc. And no one is stopping them...

"i lost my heart"-he's lost everything he had to live for.
"my home is the ocean"-he will rest at the bottom of the ocean, dead.
"i'll close my eyes and dream of days when i wasn't all alone"-he'll look back on the good times in his life as he drowns.
"fall deeper and deeper, the sirens are singing your song"-this one may be a bit wordy. As his body sinks to the sea bottom, sirens are heard. Most likely, the sirens are those of a search party or police who are looking for him. 'singing your song' may refer to how that is the last thing he will hear before he dies.
"i'll miss my breath, there's no more left"-logically, he's running out of breath as he sinks.
"davey jones calls you"-he is nearing death at sea.

    Hope this helps ^_^
