Two days in a roll, I woke up singing this song. I immediate went to my CD collections and there it was. I did not know I had this song on a CD that was given to me. I cannot stop playing this song. I even play it on my cell phone during the night with my earplugs. I forget about my problems when I hear this song.

"hosanna" (greek transcription: ὡσαννά, hōsanna) is the cry of praise or adoration shouted in recognition of the messiahship of jesus on his entry into jerusalem, hosanna! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the lord! [7] it is used in the same way in christian praise. Overall, it seems that "hosanna" is a cry for salvation; while at the same time is a declaration of praise. Therefore, it may be derived that this plea for help is out of an agreeably positive connotation. The old interpretation "save, now! " which may be a popular etymology, is based on psalm 118:25

When i hear this song, it makes me to reflect on the majesty of god and how great and awesome he is! It makes me think about jesus our king of kings and lord of lords; nothing and no one can be compared with god the father, god the son and god the holy spirit!!! Thank you father for sending your son jesus to die on the cross for my sins, sickness, disease, and whatever else that tries to take me out and thank you jesus for sending the comforter, the holy spirit when you left to lead, guide, comforter, intercede, and whatever else i need. I love the trinity!!!

"god save us" is the hebrew meaning for this word. Declaring to god that we need him desperatly in this time. And now we should shout "hosanna! Hosanna! " from the mountain tops more than before because our world is in utter turmoil and we need him more than ever before.
