This song is about coming to terms with the realities of the people, the world, and life in general. And how once you've become aware of much of these realities, your left angry with some of the facts that are. And the more and more you become aware, the more frustrated you can become at the way things are, and despite your refusal to conform, the truth remains, and isn't changing. This song taps on the feelings everyone feels at times, especially when growing up, and I think we all can relate to wanting to pardon themselves from the silly and madness that the world bears.
