This song is about revenge, much like most of the Scream Aim Fire album, similarly to Waking The Demon, this song is about turning around one day, and being able to say "F*ck you" to everyone that's done you wrong.
"What's wrong tough guy? Why the tears? You drove me to this, now you disappear!"
This line is about first standing up to that person, and saying "I won't take this anymore."
"Now all these acts repaid, your turn to be afraid. Not longer, almost done."
These lines are about commiting a vengeful act, hurting the ones who hurt you.
"Oh God, just what have I become? Have I become? Have I become?"
This chorus ending line is the part where it occurs to you, what you're doing is wrong.

I feel this song is about doing wrong to those who wronged you, and how there will always be consequences, but sometimes they outway the need for revenge.

i listen to this song when i have to be around a person who rapes me.
