I am Iron Man!
Has he lost his mind?
Can he see or is he blind?
Can he walk at all
Or if he moves will he fall?
Is he alive or dead?
Has he thoughts within his head
We'll just pass him there
Why should we even care?
He was turned to steel
In the great magnetic field
When he travelled time
For the future of mankind [ Lyrics from: http://www.lyricsmode.com/lyrics/b/black_sabbath/iron_man.html ]
Nobody wants him
He just stares at the world
Planning his vengeance
That he will soon unfold
Now the time is here
For Iron Man to spread fear
Vengeance from the grave
Kills the people he once saved
Nobody wants him
They just turn their heads
Nobody helps him
Now he has his revenge
Heavy boots of lead
Fills his victims full of dread
Running as fast as they can
Iron Man lives again!
Heavy boots of lead
fills his victims full of dread
running as fast as they can
iron man lives again!

This song is about a bloke who travels time. On his way back he is turned to steel. Now mute, he tries to tell people about his post appocalyptic sight; people mock him so he becomes angry and unfurl his anger causing the post appocolyptic world he saw
He goes to the future, and what he sees is post-apocalyptic. He gets turned to metal by his time traveling, not sure why. He travels back and people shun him for his metal skin and his words of doom. He plots his revenge for awhile before boiling over and causing said apocalypse. This is why you don't mess with the space-time continuum.
This song is about a guy that was trying omething out and he did it and there was an accident and it mutated him and then everyone hted him afte3rwards and now he wants revenge
This song actually means he was on a mission and while on it he was mutated or mutilated and his hideous look makes poeple hate him so he want to get revenge.
This song is about a man who goes through time to save humanity. At some point he goes through a magnetic field that transforms him into an iron man so to speak. The people that see him now regard as an outcast and no longer think of him as a hero. This loneliness and hatred causes him to take revenge on them and forget his original mission.
