Feat. Adam Gontier

I try to make it through my life
In my way
There's you
I try to make it through these lies
That's all I do

Just don't deny it
Just don't deny it
And deal with it
Yeah deal with it
You try to break me
You wanna break me bit by bit
That's just part of it

If you were dead or still alive,
I don't care,
I don't care,
And all the things you left behind,
I don't care
I don't care

I try to make you see my side
Always trying to stay in line
But your eyes see right through
That's all they do
I'm getting buried in this place
I got no room your in my face
Don't say anything, just go away

If you were dead or still alive,
I don't care,
I don't care,
Just go and leave this all behind,
I don't care
I don't care

I'm changing everything,
Cause you won't be there for me
I'm changing everything,
Cause you won't be there for me

If you were dead or still alive,
I don't care,
I don't care,
Just go and leave this all behind,
I don't care
I don't care

If you were dead or still alive,
I don't care,
I don't care,
Just go and leave this all behind,
I don't care
I don't care
At all

Lyrics are wrong and the site don't let me fix it...

    It's like this:

I try to make you see my side
Always trying to stay in line
But your eyes see right through
    That's all they do
I'm getting tired of this shit
I got no room when it's like this
But you wanna me, just deal with it

There are two versions of this song, but I'm listening to album version and that's the way he sings it. I quarantee it.

there are indeed two versions of this song, and this is the radio edit version. the leader of apocalyptica did not want the radio to cut parts of the song out in order for it to play on the radio, so he made two versions of the song. one to play on the radio, and one to be awesome and for people to listen to when they are feeling down. anyways, i love this song... ^^

I like this version more than the new version. I know practically every word to the new one though... This was a pretty cool song.

everyone seems to think it refers to a relationship on the rocks, but that is three days grace's favorite way to refer to heroin addiction. that is why almost every song off the One X album easily sounds like he is talking about a girlfriend or ex, but the band has stated that he is actually referring to heroin in a personified way

from the bands website referring to the tour for thier One X album:
"We were on a bit of a downward spiral out there but we pulled out of it."
