I think that this song means that even though your heart is broken you can still be you and not have to deal with them any more that is a blessing because some of us can't get over our exes and that is kinda dumb but hey once someone brakes your heart a couple of times then it hits us " Hey you need to dump him (her)" it takes a lot for us to do that and I hate braking the relationship off because it is soooooo hard to move on but this song helps with that so thank you little mix for this song.
