He has no love for himself which shows that he is unhappy with himself and he doesn't love anyone else. When he says searching for love on a higher level he means god. But he can't find anything except devils and people questioning him. The artist is trying to say that he feels like he is going to lose his mind and he feels like he doesn't want to live anymore but he doesn't give two s*ts. He is also alone and wishes that someone was there to tell him that he is ok and every thing is perfectly fine he feels like nothing is ok nor is it fine for him and now he is trying to run away from his problems and it hurts so he is crying.
