This is one of the sadess song I ever heard. To me, the woman sing feels her and her partner are growing apart, and she will soon lose his love, or his life. When my hamster died, I cloud barely make it through that, I can't imagine what it would be like to lose someone close. This song represents loss, loss of love, or the loss of a loved one. The world is not fair, and no matter how good things seem, it could be gone in a second.

To me, this song means you look strong, but your hurt and broken inside. When I hear this song it makes me sad, but also, in a way, happy. The sadness comes from the meaning of the song, and the happiness from the way the woman in the song stands up after being hurt so bad. This song has true meaning to ne, and I can relate to it. After being broken, I act different than I feel, but inside, I want to cry, and I think this is how the woman feels.
