Wishing on a star, that's just a satellite.
Driving in a car with broken tail-lights.
Growing up with eyes glued shut
The singer is talking about wishing on a light in the sky, which they think is a star, but it's just a satellite. The car they drove was broken, everything they thought was good was somehow damaged in a way, but they couldn't see it. They grew up with "eyes glued shut" meaning the true horrors of the world were shielded from them as they grew up, the satellites were stars, the cars didn't have a problem. They could look at everything and be full of wonder, instead of the cold, hard, realism that comes with being "grown up".

be the drugs and I could be the dealer
Everything you say is like music to my ears

You could be the corpse and I could be the killer
If I could be
I believe that this means the singer could be in a higher position of power than the one they're singing to.
The killer kills a person, making it a corpse. The corpse is nothing without the killer.
The devil, in theory, punishes the sinner.
The dealer is the one who distributes the drugs.
The singer could be saying "you are nothing without me" because a corpse/sinner/drug is nothing/has no power without the killer/devil/dealer.

What doesn't kill you,
Makes you wish you were dead
One would think that this line means that the horrible things "you" could go through could be quite dreadful but they don't actually kill you, however these things could be so horrible that they made you wish they had killed you or that they were so bad that you wish you weren't alive to live through them.

All of the dirt, you've been throwin' my way
Explanation from episode
In the episode of Glee where this song is presumed to be written (Original Song, Season 2, Episode 16) the coach of the Glee Glub, Will Schuester, is helping his Glee Club students create original songs. Two girls mention Sue Sylvester (The cheerleading coach who has made it her mission to destroy the glee club) and how she filled their lockers with dirt. Another girl mentions how Sue threw sticks in her hair. Putting the two together you can see where the lyrics came from.
Assumption of what the lyrics mean outside the show
This could be a metaphor for insults and other metaphorical dirt that "you" (anyone the song is directed to) are saying about the singer.

gonna catch em all cuz he's danny phantom phantom) When
When a portal from the Ghost Dimension to Earth was opened in Danny's house, ghosts were able to escape from the Ghost Dimension onto Earth, Danny and his family and friends catch the ghosts that have escaped into earth and put them back into the Ghost Dimension. He feels the need to catch them all because most ghosts wreak havoc among the humans. Him being half ghost makes him more able to fight and catch these ghosts that are on the loose. Therefore he's gonna catch 'em all because he is Danny Phantom.

This is telling the audience how Danny gained his ghostly powers. He steps inside his parents' "Very strange machine" and he accidentally hit's the "on" switch inside the machine. When he hits the "on" switch an electric-like flash goes off. Danny gets shocked by whatever is inside the machine when it is turned on and it effects his molecules. You can see the phantom-plasma substance seep into his DNA. The substance has an effect on his DNA, turning it "ghostly."
