This means that he will stand up proud if somebody pushes him down if they think he is weak or not good enough for anything. It is a good message as нou should always be proud of who you are as everyone is valued in some way by somebody else and if no one treats you fairly they are not worth wasting your time over and thinking about trying to please them. This also means that he will fight back and not worry about the consequences because he wants to hurt them as much as he hurt them.
