Human nature is to be attracted to other people whether you are in a relationship or not. But I don't think her intentions are to say that gays and lesbians are cheaters. I think the song is about a girl who got drunk, drunk enough to kiss another girl (even though she has a boyfriend) and turns out she liked it. Sounds like every straight girl I ever made out with.
