Obviously she's broken up with her boyfriend and she misses him. However, on a deeper sense she's always dressed up in something beautiful, flashy, and expensive. That represents her normal life. But when she's with him he makes her feel normal and she doesn't have to be flashy and expensive, so she just wants to wear a t-shirt because she only be who she was with him. And its his t-shirt because like she said she wants to be with him.
