Meaning
My track is a sentimental song focused on the expression of strong feelings and emotions conveyed through original melodies. In particular, this song is dedicated to all those people dying prematurely, because of a sudden dreadful event, without fulfilling their own wishes and completing their projects. It is particularly addressed to those people putting a lot of effort in their own projects, showing a strong belief and commitment. There are three lines specifically highlighting this core idea: "in your mind your belief was deep" (Verse One), "you've been so great for your daring" (Verse Two) and "it must be plain necessarily there's something deep in your being" [Chorus]. Another important aspect is the negative and frustrating environment within which people dying earlier used to live. Interestingly, one line of Verse One and two lines of Verse Two implicitly embody this key aspect: "it would have been so great if you'd lived in peace" on the one hand and "you've been so highly praised - now that you are not alive". Logically, the two mentioned lines of Verse Two suggest that people losing their life prematurely were underestimated by their friends and family when they were alive. The chorus of the song is the most important part of the overall track. In spite of all the misadventures people dying suddenly experienced, they will be welcomed back by God in Paradise surrounded by an infinitely peaceful atmosphere. More in particular, "the sun" is the key metaphor for the Paradise.
