It's ripping me apart
He does not want to say no to her, but it is actually hurting him. He seems to be involved in some sort of maybe not physical but maybe a mentally abusive relationship with this girl. He doesn't seem to want to hurt her feelings or make her mad so he isn't saying no to her but he knows he should.
