When it says that its talking about the town of Halloween and the people in it. For they worship a skeleton for goodness sake. Its a good song in my opinion. The town consists of monsters, ghosts, vampires, corpses, etc. All these monsters love scaring people of all ages. Strange is what defines this town in one word honestly. In my opinion again its amazing. Jack Skellington who I'm sure you've heard of is the king of this town of Halloween.
