My dad committed suicide a few months ago. I had been begging him to show me some sort of sign to know he is okay... One morning, I was crying like mad in the shower asking my dad for a sign.. and this song came on! So I quickly dressed and ran outside to our 15 year old lime tree that has never produced a single fruit.. and sure enough, to my surprise, there were two beautiful perfect limes, on this old, worn out lime tree. That was my personal experience with the song. I truly feel my dad sent me that song to let me know he is okay, he is all around me in nature.. whispering in the trees.

I feel these lyrics mean, if you have lost someone and you want to feel or see a sign from them to let you know they are okay.. these lyrics do just that. Those we have lost ,ARE ALL AROUND US in nature, in the lime tree, in the rain clouds.. etc. SO just open your eyes, ears and soul and listen to nature. The souls of all our lost loved ones whisper within the trees.
