It's about how a man want's to give this girl he loves everything he can. The colour yellow actually means cowardice. So maybe he is just shy about being around her. It's a really sweet song. It makes me want to hold my love and never let her go. He doesn't know how to tell her how he feels about her. He watches from afar never getting closer. He would do anything for her. That is how much he loves her. He would give her the stars.

I think chris loves his job and wants everybody to feel loved! That's what a true band should be about. Giving messages to those who feel lonely. When I heard this song I cried because at that moment I felt like somebody cared for me. I met chris once after a concert and he was the sweetest guy ever. I told him how much his music meant to me and he let out the biggest smile I have ever seen and his face just glowed. He thanked me for being a fan of his. He told me if he inspired one person he could inspire everybody. I'm sure he appreciates all of you and your loyalty to the band. *^-^*

I love this song! It's also on left 4 dead 2! In The Parish in the room with the bus stuck inside there is a jukebox. Get nick to play it. You hit the X button and the jukebox plays a few songs like bad man and re: your brains, the saints will never come, some other song (I can't remember the name), and then still alive. Give it a few tries. It will show up. But, be careful because the zombies will hear you and try to kill everyone in the room. So, watch out but find the song. It's really great! Also, to kill the witch get a chainsaw, sneek up on her and give it the go! She will die within 2-3 seconds. Don't falter or she will kill you.

Omg. This song rules so damm hard! He let all the power go to his head and he got into the wrong crowds. His people started to hate him and wanted him out of power. Then he finally realized what he did and felt really horrible about what he did and wondered if this happened to all royalty. Idk, I just interpreted this song from what I thought. This is the best song I have ever heard from coldplay. This song is sooo beautiful. Viva la Vida Coldplay!

This song is so dumb. What ever happened to the Jonas brother and Twilight worshipping crowds? Get over yourselves. He just wants money and could less of a sh! T about you all. Trust me. My dad is a lead singer in a band and that's how he said it goes. But, my dad loves his fans and hates the money aspect of the job. So, pre-teen girls, grow up!
