The lyric is, "I said, 'You call that a pickup truck?'" The entire song is about the man thinking his girlfriend is falling for another man, and when he comes and revs his engine to try to impress the girl and intimidate the man, the man insults him by making fun of his small pickup truck. A fight then ensues over the woman, but the man is always thinking of her.
