This Song is about a gir who was approaced by a man at a bar, who proceded to talk to her and get her drunk. They then went for a ride in his car. He then trys to put the moves on her, she refuses and wants to go back; not accepting failure he procedes to rape her stateing "if it wasen't for date rape i would never get laid". Afterwards he drives back to the bar, where she throws a rock at his head and which gives him a scar. The next day she looks up her local atourney at law, and she takes the guy to court. The man is convicted and sent to jail for 25 years. One night in jail the man is raped by his inmate and the guards ignore him.
