Ah, this must be the one good part about being a celebrity, specifically a K-POP Idol. When you aren't being attacked by psycho lunatic stalkers who call themselves fans, being worked until you're visibly ill with little time to recover, crying your eyes out while in the fetal position (and apparently dance mode as showcased by EXO's Mama MV :D ), calling out for your mama to tell you why the world sucks, or otherwise beating off depression with a stick because of the aforementioned situations, at least you can look forward to meeting some of the idols that you looked up to when you were an unpaid slave, I mean trainee, right?

I think these lyrics are supposed to represent the cry for help after the breaking point. Seeing as to how much stress K-POP Idols are under to be perfect along with saesang fans that want to poison or kill them rather than appreciate them from a distance like normal people, at the end of the day, I think they just want to give it all up and go back home or for their mom to tell them they miss them enough to make them want to drop their career (which they are sick of by that time anyway) to go home and be "anonymous" again. Again, Wu Yifan reminds me so much of this especially because in EXO Showtime, the other members were always saying how Yifan missed his mom a lot and I think Lay even said in an interview once that Yifan had cried a lot over being away from his mom. In one way or another, I'm sure the other EXO members felt the same too.

To me these lyrics that repeat throughout the song allude to the pressures of celebrity work life finally sinking in. You'd think that being famous and making bucketloads of money would make you happier, but if you are literally working yourself to death and no longer have the option to go back to a sense of normalcy because of the company you work for (which seems to be plaguing the K-POP industry at the moment), I bet you'd be thinking well how could this life be any better? And at this point, is it even possible to go back to those less stressful days?

When I think of those words, I think of Kris (Wu Yifan) especially. All of EXO left behind their families to train under SM entertainment but he left his single mother back in Canada (correct me if I'm wrong) to become a star. Before Yifan became a K-POP Idol, he seemed like he was a normal kid that just wanted to become a basketball player but when he was scouted, he took the chance hoping he could have a better life and help his mom have a better life. So for someone entering showbiz , the music industry and the like, it must of been more of a shocker for Yifan than say, Lay (He was on various talent search shows long before being a K-POP Idol), to recognize that people's personalities can change when they are famous, or people change because YOU become famous and leave them behind.

To me that's talking about how they went from being anonymous to being famous and becoming heartless and mindless because when someone becomes famous, they must do what managers, fans, publicists, interviewers, etc tell them to do to keep everyone satisfied. I can imagine that every celebrity comes to a point in their famous life where they think "Does anyone really care about me?" Because it's like, when they were nothing, they didn't have thousands or millions of people who liked them and wanted to get to know them. But having so many people love you all of a sudden that you've never even met personally must beg the question of what are they really after? Me, my money, my looks, something else?

This song seems pretty straightforward. Sounds like she is sexually attracted to the guy and wants him really bad to the point that she can't even think anymore so she just wants him to touch her in all sorts of ways. "You can see the world you brought to life" I assume that's referring to her feelings and how he's the one that sparked them into life again.

Now, I'm not sure who this song is directed towards since it's not explicity revealed within the lyrics, but I think it has to do with the life a celebrity has to live and what a sad, cold world it is beneath all the laughs and smiles. You know, from how they go from being unknown to becoming famous, leaving home and getting the chance to make tons of money while also being thrown into a cesspool of other people who want to break into the industry and are doing everything they can to get noticed.
So as we see, the song actually ends on a more positive note
At first I thought the song was referring to celebrity life in general, but I suppose it would make more sense that this song was made out to really describe EXO. That's because of how this song ends and since this was their showcase song back when they were rookies. Perhaps this song was a glimpse into the future of their career and them wanting to keep being innocent and loving everyone even if their hearts were shattered by the reality of cold-hearted people in the K-POP industry.
Or perhaps this song is describing that they'd already experienced the pain and the misery that of being a K-POP Idol and were looking for a glimmer of hope or a way out. (Which could explain the lyrics asking "mama" to tell them something or help them "turn back")
This is just my opinion on what the song means. I hope I didn't offend anyone by writing this.
