"Love Me Broughte" is a Christmas written and sung in Middle English. Some Middle English words have several different meanings, but I chose the ones that fit the best in my opinion. Christ is the one singing - it is his promise to his followers.
Love I have brought
And love I have created
Man, to be thy companion
Love I nurtured,
And love I carried,
And that love lead me here.
Love I followed,
And love drew me on.
And love laid me on a bier (possibly for sacrifice)
Love is my peace,
For love I chose,
Man to give to you, through great cost.
Do not be afraid,
for I have looked for you,
both day and night,
To have you come to me,
fills me with joy,
I have won thee in a fight. (Presumably a fight with Satan or evil).
