This song is about Pierres Brother who had Cancer, the one that effects the whole of your body and its Pierre describing how he feels and tell his brother that no matter what He will always be there for him. Its about how much he loves his brother and how he doesn't want his brother to giev up. That's why in the video they have all the cancer suviours. It shows that no matter what you need to keep on trying becasue you can get through it.
