It's about how you've already messed up your life before it's even started. It's all over. And now you're falling off the edge and now you're breaking. This is basically coming from someone who is watching all of this happen. They can't stand watching you destroy yourself. And now you're dead inside and you're wondering why. It's just like you've done this to yourself. It's your fault. You had the choice. That's for any addiction. Just don't do it. It's your choice and no one elses. Not likje they have to live with the consequences.

It's about living in a world where you and everyone else live in fear. The song is about wanting to take all of that away. And the only way to do that is by killing yourself, because when you live in fear, you already are. You can't take it anymore. You want to break free of it, but there's that one person who is holding you back. So you ask them to give you a reason to live. You can't live in fear otherwise it will tear you apart. Only one person is holding you back. Only one. Why can't we live in a world without all of this fear? Why can't we fight the fear? Because you're letting that fear win.

This song explains itself. It's so hard to find someone who will not discriminate you for you. In the first verse it tells how it doesn't matter where you go, all of that hatred will still be there. Then you begin to blame yourswelf for what's happening. You begin to wonder if it's your fault. In the second verse, it tells about how you don't really know what's happening unless it's happening to you. And it also says that you're not the only one. And it happens world wide. Why can't we all care enough about each other to stop stuff like this? Why can't we pay enough attention to our surroundings to where we don't have to have a song to pay any attention to it? To actually think about stopping it?
