The whole song is about how when Jesus came to earth, he was essentially like any other person, with pains, wants, needs, likings, and this-likings. But unlike any other person he was perfect, and he was an example to us of what perfectness is supposed to look like. And also, that heaven had a party when he was born.

Whenever the guy looks at her, she panics as every girl does when the guy she likes looks at her. Wondering if she looks all right, if her outfit's funny, if her hair's in the right place, and, most importantly, if there's a possibility that he likes her back and is checking her out.
