I actually didn't like the song and heard the song all the way through and didn't give it a chance. My male friend I'm dating played the song in the car as we drove and I admitted my dislike of the song but he told me to listen to the words of the song, which I didn't at first but now I have, I don't think its as cheesy as I thought. Some of the message words may seam that way but my guy was meaning the same message to me soo it meant more than just a song!
