I think this song is about stalking. He says "watching you Is the only drug I need" and how he's "obsessed" with her. I am wondering if he is trying to scare her when he sings "ain't that mister,mister on the radio" to let her know he's watching. Ofcourse, he blames her for his obsession like most psychopaths usually do when he said " the way you move ain't fair you know". Other hints that I interpreted are "I don't want to miss a single thing you do tonight". He idolizes her by comparing her to Madonna. Finally. I want the world to see you'll be with me" makes me feel like he's gonna take drastic, perhaps media attention methods to have her. I don't know. Perhaps I watch way too many dvr episodes of forensic files; but, it reminds me of The Police's 80's hit song, Every Breath You Take but everone else seems to think it's an upbeat song about love. I like that idea better because I love this song;-)
