These hearts adore everyone the other beats hardest for: Every heart loves any other heart that loves it. Or if someone loves this person, this person loves them just because. So for instance, if someone loved me I could love them just as much without even having a real reason to, besides the fact that this person loves me so therefore the feeling is mutual.

Though they are exceptionally close physically, they are mentally in other worlds. The silence helps them to escape the current situation in other words, they are both fully aware of what is going on, he is cheating on her and knows it's wrong and she knows as well but neither of them want to really address it. Neither of them are particularly happy with their current situation but they choose to be oblivious to it. They don't want to be where they are so they travel in their thoughts to more desirable places. Which helps them forget about his infidelity.

The whole part up to incision would be the mother telling this doctor of hers to cut her open and finger the incision to feel around for the child and remove it. Everything up to control is the child asking why she is doing such a crazy thing and what it is that she did to make her do it. (It was really nothing, I mean this child isn't born yet so there's nothing it could have done.)

The whole song is basically a tribute to the original Noodle because she was killed. Very sad, very tragic. I literally cried.
Anyway, " I saw that day, lost my mind" is what he is saying to describe the whole sad depressing day when they killed Noodle and that's what made him lose his mind and what caused his depression and sadness. (Mine too.)
He says "Lord i'm fine" to say that he is still hanging on, waiting for his happiness to come back and he still hasn't lost his faith in whoever his Lord is and he will definitely be around when and if it comes back.
When he says " Maybe in time, you'll want to be mine." he is saying that Hopefully in another life, whatever it is he really wanted will one day want him too.

This is pretty much like the other explanation, what he means by "Money won't get there, ten years passed, you'll flee" is that later on in the future, you'll be gone and will have moved on in life but the money won't get there with you it will be right where you left it in the past and when you're gone or when you flee the money won't come with you so enjoy it while it's there and then keep it moving when it isn't.

By saying this, he is trying to say that it's okay to go with the flow and let life give you what you want but not to let it overtake you and not to hold on to it. It's here for the moment and can easily disappear the next so don't hang on, let it come and when it's gone let it go because one thing is certain, it will go.

The word "love" is actually supposed to be the word "loathe" by which he means that along with his happiness, the summer left him lonely and depressed to hate everything and regret everything. By saying summer doesn't know him anymore, he is saying that it treats him as a stranger and completely forgot about him, when he never forgot about it or his happiness and hopes that it will all come back to him.
