This relates to the idea of love at first sight. Anna believes that she has found the man that she is going to spend her life with, but she is young, naiive and has no experience with love. Hans then uses this to his advantage, because he knows that if he goes along with her wild ideas, he will get what he wants, no questions asked.

Love is an open door
Love can lead you anywhere; it's possibly the most powerful emotion so can have an incredible effect upon a human being. It being 'an open door' shows that love has no boundaries nor limits, so can be enjoyed by everyone. However, this suggests vulnerability, as you are unsure of where you are going, and if you are going to get hurt along the way. As Anna partially does in the film.

These lyrics show the difference of the girl's upbringings and lifestyles. Anna is overwhelmed with excitement to meet new people, whereas Elsa wants it all to be over and done with. Also, the 'conceal' suggests that Elsa cannot fully ignore her powers, so instead hides them when she has to, and simply hides away and isolates herself from the world the rest of the time.
