Henry V led the English to victory against the French at the battle of Agincourt in 1415. Possibly one of the greatest military victories of all time, many English troops were poorly armed and were suffering from dysentery due to a failed invasion of France. Heavily outnumbered the English managed to defeat the French due to poor weather conditions and successful planning. This was in his favour as it showed how god believed that Henry V was the rightful King of England and France.
