What Taylor Swift means by,"We just keep dancing like we're. 22, 22" is that she wants to have fun really. She wants to live while she is young. She doesn't want to try to dance when she is 89. She wants to live in the moment. Even if she doesn't get to, she might want to take a few breaks in between. When if she gets flabergausted (i don't really know what that word means. I just wanted to use a big word:)) with work, she could just take a break and think about the good things in life. No, you can't tell me that this dog isn't adorable! (Sorry, I get off topic super easy. LoL)

When Taylor Swift sings,"But I'm feeling 22", She means that she is feeling young and happy in the moment. She isn't feeling tired out or stressed out like she might feel now, she is feeling excited, happy, and replenish. Like she is ready to take on any challenge. That challenge might even be to simply survive the night without any drama between other musicians like today, she just wants to live in the moment and to have fun while she can!
