Basically, this song means to take everything and live for today and to be thankful for all the happiness in your life and what makes you happy the most. Sorta' like live for the moment kinda thing. Don't think about what might happen tomorrow and put yesterday behind you because it's in the past. Just make the most of now cause' you might not live to see tomorrow. All in all, it's just trying to say live for here and now and make the most of it.
