Ciara is trying to let heartless boys know what it feels like to be toyed with. She's letting dudes know that they aren't slick, and that we know their little games. She is saying that I wish I could be as heartless as you, and give you a "taste of your own medicine, but she's not. She's classier than that. But she could if she wanted to stoop to that BOYISH level. Notice she say's "like a boy" and not "like a man". :)
